It mainly consists of vacuum pump, vacuum chamber, sealing cover, detection instrument, electrical control box, etc. When working, place the workpiece on the grid plate inside the vacuum chamber, close the sealing door, and press the start button to automatically evacuate. The vacuuming time can be set and adjusted. After the process time is over, the vacuum pump will automatically shut down. Suitable for quick drying of parts such as pistons, connecting rods, bearing shells, crankshafts, cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, etc. after cleaning.
